By accessing and using DocuMind, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
DocuMind provides AI-powered document analysis and chat services. Our platform allows users to upload documents and interact with advanced AI to extract insights, answer questions, and analyze content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- • All activities that occur under your account

- • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You agree not to use the service to:

Certain features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
- • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- • We may change our fees with 30 days notice
- • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
DocuMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
